Paper published in the Journal of Dairy Science makes 'Editors Choice'

Editor-in-chief promotes the work done by Marion Girard

Marion Girard and her host supervisor Guiseppe Bee are celebrating as their recent paper "Ability of 3 tanniferous forage legumes to modify quality of milk and Gruyère-type cheese" is published in the Journal of Dairy Science and promoted as the "Editors Choice" by the editor-in-chief, Matt Lucy.

Project coordinator Prof. Irene Mueller-Harvey comments "This is a great achievement for the PhD student and the supervisor and I congratulate both of them".
